Scope overview
Relativo a obras de conservación, mantenimiento y en su caso, inversión sobre pavimentos. En este lote se pueden incluir obras promovidas por distintas áreas o circunstancias, pero siempre, cuyo objeto de prestación sea el mismo que el contratado.
Es decir, siempre se tratará de obras de mantenimiento, conservación e incluso inversión, sobre el pavimento y vía pública, pero su fundamento o promotores pueden ser otras áreas, o procesos de reclamaciones por daños y ejecuciones sustitutorias.
Se trata, por lo tanto, de una cuestión interna municipal, que no afecta al objeto del contrato a realizar por el adjudicatario; de manera que, siempre que el tipo de obra requerida esté incluido en el objeto o actuaciones previstas como parte del contrato, serán de ejecución obligatoria para el contratista.
