Scope overview
Das Amt für Jugend, Bildung und Sport sieht vor, dass neu errichtete Gebäude der Kindertagesstätte in Overath-Vilkerath einem Träger der freien Jugendhilfe im Rahmen eines Trägervertrages zur eigenverantwortlichen Führung der Einrichtung zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Die Stadt Overath vergibt die Trägerschaft der Kindertagesstätte für einen Zeitraum von 30 Jahren mit der Option, den Zeitraum um jeweils 5 Jahre zu verlängern. Der Träger übernimmt die Trägerschaft der Kindertagesstätte, der/die dann als Betreiber der neuen Kindertagesstätte fungiert.
Das Grundstück liegt in Vilkerath-Lehmbachtal und ist ein angrenzendes Grundstück zum Betriebsgelände der Firma DIENES Werke für Maschinenteile GmbH & Co. KG.
