The Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) is seeking a City-Certified M/WBE vendor to provide a Seraphin 50 Gallon Series 'J' Bottom Drain Prover. The Mobile prover is a trailer mounted prover which is to be used to conduct our state mandated annual inspections of vehicle tank meters and gas stations with high-speed diesel pumps.
