La présente consultation est lancée selon la procédure d'appel d'offre ouvert définie à l'article R2161-2 à R2161-5 du Code de la Commande Publique. La présente consultation concerne le traitement des déchets souillés à l'émulsion de bitume du Parc départemental de la Sarthe.
Les prestations feront l'objet d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire sans minimum, avec maximum, exécuté par émission de bons de commande conformément aux dispositions des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 à R2162-6, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du code de la commande publique.
Des agents du Département déposant directement les déchets au centre de traitement, ce dernier devra impérativement être situé dans un périmètre de 15km maximum du Parc Départemental situé 45 avenue Pierre PIFFAULT- ZI Sud - 72100 LE MANS
