Scope overview
Ausgeschrieben werden die Erarbeitung und Programmierung, die Begleitung der quantitativen Online-Befragungen der Mitgliedsunternehmen durch die beteiligten Verbände und Kammern bzw. Vereine sowie die Auswertung der Online-Befragungen als Bericht in Grafik und Text.
Die inhaltliche Erarbeitung und Durchführung erfolgt in enger Abstimmung mit der Bundesstiftung und den Vertreter*innen der beteiligten Verbände und Kammern bzw. Vereine.
Die Ergebnisse sollen der (Fach-)Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht werden, hauptsächlich adressiert das Transformationsbarometer Bauwirtschaft und das Transformationsbarometer Immobilienwirtschaft jedoch den Ausschuss für Wohnen, Stadtentwicklung, Bauwesen und Kommunen (Bauausschuss). Die Grundlaufzeit beginnt am 15.03.2026 und endet am 14.03.2028.
