Scope overview
la communauté de communes de l’île d’Oléron est devenue Autorité Organisatrice de la Mobilité (AOM) depuis le 1er Juillet 2021. Dans ce cadre, elle met en place un service de transport à la demande sur son territoire en 2022. Elle met en place un service régulier de transport à la demande (TAD) sur son territoire à compter du 1er septembre 2026 pour une durée de 12 mois avec trois reconductions tacites de 12 mois.
Le transport à la demande consiste en la prise en charge d’usagers depuis leur domicile pour des destinations et horaires définis à l’avance, sur réservation préalable au moyen de petits véhicules.
Le transport s’effectuera sans itinéraire fixe, l’exploitant suivra pour chacun d’eux le trajet le plus court, compte tenu des réservations effectuées par les usagers auprès du service de réservation fourni par l’exploitant.
