Travaux de terrassement (+-1100m3) avec un blindage de fouille sur un côté d’un bâtiment (+-35ml), travaux de béton et béton armé (+-1100m3), travaux de construction métalliques pour une passerelle (+-8200kg) reliant deux bâtiments, travaux de construction en bois pour un nouvel étage (+-100m3) sur un bâtiment existant.
Travaux d’étanchéité, d’isolation et de drainage autour des bâtiments : Travaux d’enduits (+-850m2), travaux aménagement extérieure (canalisation EU et EP, réseau humides et secs, finitions et alentours) avec débroussaillage et plantations. La durée des travaux est de 250 jours ouvrables, à débuter le 2e semestre 2026. Les travaux sont adjugés à prix unitaires.
