Le présent marché porte sur des travaux de réfection de revêtements de sol extérieur et de tuyaux d’égouttage dans les logements de l’Office Central d’Action Sociale et Culturelle du Ministère De La Défense (ci-après OCASC) à Aye (70 logements), Bourdon (102 logements) et Waha (97 logements).
Il s’agit d’un contrat de 1 an avec la possibilité annuelle de prolonger le contrat d’une manière tacite sous exactement les mêmes conditions et au maximum 3 fois (voir point 2.5 du CSC). La valeur maximale possible du marché est de 120.000 €. Le marché prend fin de plein droit ce qui arrive d’abord, soit au moment ce montant serait atteint soit après 4 ans.
