The surfaces required to be treated, repaired and repainted are not new construction. The surfaces are asphaltic layer finish (road or pedestrian traffic) and the services being requisitioned are for surfaces (unevenness, cracks, and crevices), drains reparations work, and re-painting work for restoration of all longitudinal and transverse markings (i.e. car spots delimitation lines.
