müssen vier Schwimmbäder (Badewasser wöchentlich untersucht werden) - Anfertigung von Gefährdungsanalysen (nach Bedarf) - Ausführung von gestaffelten Stagnationsprüfungen (4h) bei Bedarf und Auffälligkeiten - Nachuntersuchungen für Warm- und Kaltwasser bei Bedarf und Auffälligkeiten - Dokumentation des aktuellen Arbeitenstanden (Liste) - Terminvereinbarung mit örtlichem Personal - Erstellung von Bestandsaufnahmen aller Liegenschaften - Maßnahmenergreifung bei Grenzwertüberschreitung (Leitungsspülung, thermische Desinfektion, Reinigung und Desinfektion von Duschköpfen und Perlstrahlern, Reinigung und Spülung von Entnahmestellen etc.) Alle Punkte müssen nach den allgemeinen Regeln der Technik durchgeführt werden (UBA Empfehlung, TrinkwV, VDI 6023, DVGW Arbeitsblätter etc.)
