NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENTNote: Bidders are strongly encouraged to transmit their bids electronically using the epost Connect service instead of any of the other methods of bid delivery usually available.Department of National Defence's has a requirement to procure: Two 40 ft ISO containerized Mobile Cleanrooms.
• Unit 1 must be configured as a liquid oxygen (LOX) Fill Room and Class B O2 Lab, • Unit 2 must be configured as a Maintenance and Workshop Cleanroom.
Both units are required to operate in extreme cold conditions down to -50 °C, maintain stable internal temperature and humidity, prevent O2 migration, and comply with Class I, Division 2 electrical requirements and O2-compatible safety standards,Mobile Cleanrooms are to be delivered to 4 Wing, Cold Lake, Alberta.Detailed requirements are specified in Annex A.The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
