Кожна партія товару має супроводжуватися документами, що підтверджують їх відповідність санітарно-гігієнічним вимогам. 3.
Надати копію договору з постачальником - виробником, у якого буде закуповуватися даний продукт та який буде постачатися в заклади освіти Шевченківського району м. Києва або довідку про те, що учасник є виробником даного товару.
Також надати копії документів, що засвідчують якість та безпеку запропонованої в повному обсязі, наявність яких передбачена чинним законодавством (сертифікати відповідності, посвідчення або декларація про якість, експертні висновки).
