Обов’язки Виконавця послуги: Проводити перед рейсовий контроль технічного стану транспортних засобів та робити відмітки у подорожних листах у 2 (двох) автомобілях, які будуть виїжджати.
Надавати умови для виконання щоденного обслуговування транспортних засобів Замовника. Вартість послуги: Максимальна сума закупівлі послуги - 13500,00 грн. без ПДВ. Послуги надаються з 01.02.2016 р. по 31.12.2016 р.
Якщо Постачальник послуг є платником ПДВ, то сума його пропозиції з урахуванням ПДВ повинна не перевищувати максимальну суму закупівлі, яку зазначив Замовник, тобто загальна сума пропозиції з ПДВ повинна бути меншою (або дорівнювати) 13500,00 грн. Обов’язково додати до комерційної пропозиції документи: 1). Виписку з єдиного державного реєстру (свідоцтво про державну реєстрацію) 2).
Довідка Служби Статистики України (Довідка АБ) 3). Свідоцтво платника єдиного податку або платника ПДВ 4) Проект договору.
