Вимоги до Учасника: 1. Умови розрахунку: 90 (дев'яносто) банківських днів; 2.Доставка товару здійснюється Постачальником за власні кошти; 3.Якість товару, що постачається, відповідає діючому законодавству, стандартам, технічним умовам данного виду товару, підтверджується сертифікатом якості виробника, має реєстраційні посвідчення; 4. Якщо поставлений товар виявиться неякісним, або таким, що не відповідає умовам, Постачальник зобов’язаний замінити цей товар. Всі витрати, пов’язані із заміною товару неналежної якості несе Постачальник; 5. Товар повинен передаватися Покупцю в упаковці, яка відповідає характеру товару, забезпечує цілісність товару та збереження його якості під час перевезення; 6. Аналоги не цікавлять, пропонувати тільки заявлений товар; 7.
