Alle 4 delaftaler (rammeaftaler) omfatter levering af følgende ydelser: • Studiementorforløb • Supervision • Workshops Der er tale om følgende 4 delaftaler: • Delaftale 1 – Region Midtjylland • Delaftale 2 – Region Hovedstaden og Sjælland (inkl. Bornholm) • Delaftale 3 – Region Syddanmark • Delaftale 4 – Region Nordjylland Der henvises til bilag 2.1. og rammeaftalens afsnit 4.2 for yderligere oplysninger.
Hver delaftale vil blive indgået med én leverandør. Målgruppen for alle delaftaler er studerende på lange videregående uddannelser, der bevilges specialpædagogisk støtte (støttemodtagere) samt støttemodtagernes støttegivere. Det forventede forbrug for alle delaftalerne i deres løbetid inkl. eventuelle forlængelser er 204.740 timer. Det forventede forbrug pr.
delaftale er: • Delaftale 1: 138.780 timer • Delaftale 2: 41.840 timer • Delaftale 3: 12.460 timer • Delaftale 4: 11.660 timer Det fremgår af bilag 4 til udkast til rammeaftale, hvordan det forventede antal timer fordeler sig på de enkelte ydelser pr. delaftale. Fsva. ydelsen workshops er denne i bilag 4 opgjort i stk. Én workshop udgør 3 timer. Delaftalernes maksimale mængde i hele løbetiden inkl.
forlængelser er: • Delaftale 1: 166.536 timer • Delaftale 2: 50.208 timer • Delaftale 3: 14.952 timer • Delaftale 4: 13.992 timer Den maksimale mængde for alle delaftalerne i deres løbetid inkl. forlængelser er på 245.688 timer.
