Scope overview
Rigspolitiet gennemfører på vegne af Københavns Politi et offentligt udbud af kontrakt om levering af 54 operatørborde til en ny vagtcentral i København. Byggeriet af den nye vagtcentral forventes færdigt i slutningen af august 2026, hvor levering og montering af operatørbordene skal finde sted umiddelbart derefter. For yderligere henvises til udbudsmaterialet.
Et operatørbord skal kunne håndtere meget og tungt elektronisk udstyr, hvorfor der bl.a. som del af bordet indgår et specialtilpasset teknikskab under bordpladen. Samtidig med stor belastning fra bl.a. it-udstyr udsættes bordene yderligere også for meget slid, da en vagtcentral er i brug hele døgnet rundt 365 dage om året.
Foruden levering og montering af de 54 operatørborde inkluderer kontrakten yderligere reparationsservice, samt mulighed for tilkøb af monitorracks og akustikplader til bordene. Dertil indeholder kontrakten en option på rekvirering af yderligere op til 30 operatørborde samt tilkøb. Det skal bemærkes, at alle øvrige politikredse også kan trække på optionen. Leveringssted vil være inden for Danmarks grænser.
