Scope overview
I 2026 skal den eksisterende pol installation på Grønnedal udskiftes. Som led i denne udskiftning skal der installeres i alt 8 nye tanke – 4 stk. á 20 m 3 og 4 stk. á 50 m 3 . En nærmere beskrivelse af aftalens genstand fremgår af udkast til leverancekontraktens punkt 2. Disse 8 tanke skal fremstilles, idet de bydende ikke skal forestå installation eller tilsvarende på Grønnedal.
Levering af tankene skal ske i Aarhus Havn, idet transport fra Aarhus Havn sker ved ETK’s foranstaltning og for ETK’s regning og risiko. ETK vil lade en entreprenør forestå tilkobling af tankene i Grønnedal. Leverancen omfatter projektering, fremstilling og levering af tankene på Aarhus Havn.
Leverandøren skal endvidere præstere sluttest samt dokumentation mv., som beskrevet i "Specifications, Tanks for diesel fuel 20 m3 – 50 m3." Ovenstående indkøbes under én vareindkøbskontrakt. Det findes mest hensigtsmæssigt at samle vareindkøbskontrakten og accessoriske ydelser under én kontrakt.
Dette er med henblik på at sikre en korrekt udførsel af arbejdet samt at undgå unødige omkostninger og en unødig forlængelse af projektperioden. Herudover sikrer det ligeledes, at det samlede ansvar for udførslen er samlet hos én leverandør.
