Scope overview
Hensigten med totalentrepriseaftalen er, at der skal opføres en ny brandstation på Flyvestation Skrydstrup.
Den nye brandstation skal overordnet bestå af følgende rum/funktioner: Omklædning med brus og sauna, Vaskefaciliteter til brandudrustning, Udrykningsgarage til brandbilerne, indsatslederbil mm, Vaskehal til vask af køretøjerne, Værksted til mindre reparationer, dækskift mm., Lager, Depot, Vagtcentral og kontor til indsatsleder, Øvrige kontorer, herunder til leder, Undervisningslokaler, Køkken-alrum og opholdsrum og Soverum.
Byggeriet er på i alt ca. 3.500 netto-m2. Området udenfor brandstationen skal omfatte et stort areal, hvor de store køretøjer nemt og sikkert kan komme ind og ud af udrykningsgaragen, vaskehal mm. Herudover skal der etableres en ny indsatsvej, som forbinder pladsen foran brandstationen med den nærmeste taxi.
