Udbuddet vedrører leje af telte og inventar, inklusiv opstilling og efterfølgende nedtagning heraf, til Klimafolkemødet i Middelfart Kommune. Klimafolkemødet er en årligt tilbagevendende begivenhed, som sætter klimaet øverst på dagsordenen over tre dage i Middelfart fra torsdag til lørdag i uge 35. Under temaet klimahandling sammen er Klimafolkemødet klimakampens største arena for praktisk inspiration.
Det seneste Klimafolkemøde i 2025 bød velkommen til omkring 40.000 besøgende. Klimafolkemødet har 20 scener og over 100 boder fordelt på party-telte og mastetelte, hvor foreninger, virksomheder, organisationer og mange flere arrangerer debatter og workshops for deltagerne. Telte og grej stilles op efter et målfast pladskort, som udleveres og gennemgås på et planlægningsmøde primo august.
Den specifikke tidsplan for opstilling af teltene udarbejdes af Klimafolkemødet, og tidsplanen foreligger forud for hvert Klimafolkemøde, primo juni.
