Vederlagsfri fysioterapi efter sundhedslovens §140 a til borgere i Mariagerfjord Kommune Leverandøren skal kunne levere ydelser til det antal borgere, der er berettiget til hjælpen, og som vælger Leverandøren. Der gives ingen garanti for et bestemt antal borgere. Den årlige omsætning kan maksimalt udgøre 2 mio. kr. og nulstilles ved hvert årsskifte.
Når denne grænse er nået, kan leverandøren ikke optage yderligere borgere, før nyt årsskifte. Leverandøren er forpligtet til at kunne levere den vederlagsfrie fysioterapi i henholdsvis Hadsund by og Hobro by. Der er tale om udbud af en rammeaftale med én leverandør uden ydernummer og med praksis i Mariagerfjord Kommune.
Udbuddet gennemføres efter udbudslovens regler om light-regimet og er derfor ikke underlagt udbudslovens detaljerede udbudsregler.
