Scope overview
De gemeente Winterswijk wenst de levering en het beheer van een moderne, veilige en toekomstbestendige Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS)-omgeving te contracteren. De opdracht omvat het ontwerpen, realiseren, migreren en beheren van een soevereine cloudomgeving waarop het gemeentelijke applicatielandschap veilig kan landen.
De nieuwe omgeving vervangt de huidige on-premise datacenters en ondersteunt de transitie naar een regieorganisatie waarin de gemeente sturend is en de leverancier verantwoordelijk is voor uitvoering, beheer en innovatie.
De scope omvat onder meer het leveren van compute-, netwerk- en opslagcapaciteit, SOC/SIEM-diensten, back-up- en disaster-recovery voorzieningen en ondersteuning bij migratie van bestaande workloads.
