Er wordt gedacht aan horeca met een groot aanbod aan activiteiten. De locatie ligt aan de gracht en aan één van de belangrijkste entrees van de Zwolse binnenstad. De gemeente Zwolle daagt u uit om een opvallend creatief plan met landelijke uitstraling te bedenken en zo deze locatie aantrekkelijk en levendig te maken voor bewoners en bezoekers van de stad. Wie zoeken wij?
De gemeente Zwolle wil deze locatie gedurende het zomerseizoen (1 mei tot 1 oktober) verhuren voor een periode 5 jaar. We zoeken een partij met een haalbaar plan dat past bij de ambities om er een aantrekkelijke, creatieve en “jonge” locatie van te maken die landelijk op gaat vallen qua vormgeving en concept.
