Scope overview
Ulkomaalaus- ja muut ulkorakennusten kunnostustyöt / VAV Tilaajan suunnitelmissa on toteuttaa omistamiensa kiinteistöjen aitojen, terassien, julkisivujen ja ulkorakennusten maalaus-, kunnostus- ja uusintatöitä. Työt on määrä toteuttaa vuoden 2026 aikana syyskuun loppuun mennessä. Kiinteistökohtainen työseloste, jonka perusteella tarjouslaskenta suoritetaan, löytyy tämän tarjouspyynnön liitteistä.
Jokaisesta kiinteistön ulkomaalauksesta ja kunnostustyöstä lasketaan kiinteistökohtainen hinta. Urakkasumma muodostuu kaikkien kiinteistöjen yhteenlasketusta urakkahinnasta. Tarjous jätetään tarjouspalvelu.fi -tarjouslomakkeelle. Tilaaja tekee urakkasopimuksen yhden Toimittajan kanssa. Hankintapäätöksen tekoperusteena on halvin hinta. Tarjoajan on annettava tarjous kaikista tarjouslomakkeen töistä.
Mikäli Tarjoaja ei ole tarjonnut kaikkia tarjouslomakkeeseen eriteltyjä töitä, tulkitaan tarjous puutteelliseksi. Puutteellinen tarjous hylätään. Tarjoajan kannalta huomioitavaa on myös se, että tarjottujen töiden ja hintojen tulee sisältää kaikki tässä tarjouspyynnössä, urakkasopimusluonnoksessa ja työselosteissa määritellyt kriteerit.
Tarjoajan kannalta huomioitavaa on, että tarjottujen hintojen tulee sisältää kaikki tässä tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt sopimusehdoiksi määritellyt soveltuvuus- ja kelpoisuusehdot.,
