Scope overview
Die Gemeinde Grefrath plant die Modernisierung und Neugestaltung des Rathauses - hierzu soll der denkmalwürdige Altbestand modernisiert und durch einen neuen zwei- bzw. dreigeschossigen (Splitlevel), nicht unterkellerten Neubau erweitert werden. Dieser schließt mittels eines kleinen Verbindungsbaus barrierefrei an den bestehenden Altbau an.
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind folgende Leistungen: - Rückbau und Entsorgung der vorhandenen Fensteranlagen EG bis 1. OG - Einbau neuer Holz-Fensteranlagen EG bis 1. OG inkl. Laibungsdämmung - Einbau neuer Holz-Fensterbänke innen EG bis 1. OG - insgesamt: 20 Rundbogen-Fenster-Elemente und 1 Rundbogen-Balkonfenster-Element
