Scope overview
Die Mittelstadt St. Ingbert beabsichtigt, das denkmalgeschützte (Baujahr 1885), leerstehende Gebäude der ´Baumwollspinnerei‘ für Zwecke der öffentlichen Verwaltung sowie des Albert-Weisgerber-Museums umzubauen und zu modernisieren. Hierzu sind im Rahmen der denkmalgerechten Modernisierung des 4-geschossigen Gebäudes die hier beschriebenen Arbeiten erforderlich.
Dabei umfasst das Leistungsverzeichnis für das Gewerk Medientechnik im Wesentlichen die Lieferung und Montage von Audio, Video, sowie Konferenzanlagen in Besprechungsräumen, Kultursaal, Museumsbereiche und Konferenzräume. Die Installation erfolgt überwiegend an der Decke im Sichtbereich.
