Scope overview
Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind in Los 3 die für die Sanierung erforderlichen Planungsleistungen der Tragwerksplanung nach § 51 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1-6. Gesondert werden ausgeschrieben: Los 1 - Planungs- und Überwachungsleistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude und Freianlagen nach § 34 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 10 und § 39 HOAI i.V.m.
Anlage 11, jeweils in den Leistungsphasen 1-9, Los 2 - Planungsleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung nach § 55 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1-9 Leistungszeit: Fertigstellung der Gesamtmaßnahme spätestens bis zum 30.06.2028. Das Vorhaben wird aus öffentlichen Mitteln gefördert. Die Einhaltung der Fördervoraussetzungen ist zu jeder Zeit zu gewährleisten. Der Förderbescheid ist Bestandteil der Vergabeunterlagen.
Bezüglich der Beschreibung der Leistung orientiert sich die Auftraggeberin an den Leistungsbildern der HOAI 2021. Näheres regelt der Vertrag.
