Scope overview
Le présent marché concerne un accord-cadre avec une seule entreprise pour la réparation des toitures et des gouttières des logements de l'Office Central d'Action Sociale et Culturelle du Ministère de la Défense (ci-après également dénommé « OCASC») à Westende (75 logements), Nieuwpoort (10 logements), Bredene (28 logements) et Lissewege (25 logements).
Il s'agit d'un contrat d'un an avec possibilité de prolongation tacite chaque année dans les mêmes conditions, et ce, trois fois au maximum (voir point 2.5 du cahier des charges). La valeur maximale possible du marché est de 60 000 €. Le marché prend fin de plein droit soit lorsque ce montant est atteint, soit à l'expiration de la dernière prolongation possible, selon la première éventualité.
