Scope overview
Auf dem Areal der Uni St. Gallen wird die bestehende fossile Wärmeerzeugung durch eine nachhaltige Wärmepumpenanlage ersetzt. Die neuen Maschinen werden einerseits für die Wärme- und anderseits für die Kälteproduktion eingesetzt. Die neuen Anlagen werden in den bestehenden Heizungs- und Kältezentrale installiert. Als Quelle und Senke für die Maschinen wird hinter dem Sportgebäude ein Erdsondenfeld realisiert.
Das nachfolgende Angebot beinhaltet die 104 Erdsonden sowie den Verbindungsleitungen zu den Verteilerschächten. Zudem ist die Hauptleitung ca. 500 Trassenmeter, welches das Erdsondenfeld mit der Energiezentrale verbindet, ein weiter Teil des Angebotes. Die genaue Anzahl der Erdsonden werden nach zweier TRT Messungen bei den ersten beiden Bohrungen mittels einer Simulation abschliessend definiert.
