Scope overview
Die Vergabe erfolgt in drei Losen. Los 1 umfasst eine Reinigungsfläche von ca. 107.062,91 m² mit insgesamt 3.475 Räumen, Los 2 eine Reinigungsfläche von ca. 117.762,84 m² mit insgesamt 3.750 Räumen und Los 3 eine Reinigungsfläche von ca. 107.278,21 m² mit insgesamt 3.130 Räumen. Bieter können Angebote auf alle Lose abgeben; ein Zuschlag kann jedoch nur auf ein Los erteilt werden.
Eine Gesamtvergabe aller Lose an einen Bieter ist ausgeschlossen. Die detaillierte Aufstellung der zu reinigenden Flächen und Räume je Los ist den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen (Dokumente "V_Kalkulation", jeweils separat pro Los bereitgestellt).
Neben der Reinigung von Büro-, Seminar- und Verkehrsflächen umfasst die Leistung auch sensible Bereiche wie Labore, gentechnische Anlagen, Strahlenschutzbereiche, Reinräume sowie weitere Räume mit erhöhten Gefährdungs- und Hygieneanforderungen. Der Zugang zu diesen Bereichen ist nur nach vorheriger Einweisung und Genehmigung möglich; die konkreten Vorgaben sind in der Leistungsbeschreibung geregelt.
Die Leistung ist ab dem 01.10.2026 für eine Laufzeit von 4 Jahren zu erbringen; eine Verlängerung ist nicht möglich. Der Einsatz qualifizierten Personals, insbesondere einer fachkundigen Objektleitung, ist zwingend erforderlich. Der Auftragnehmer ist verpflichtet, die Anforderungen des Gebäudereinigerhandwerks (insbesondere Tarif- und Mindestlohnvorgaben) einzuhalten.
