Ziel ist es, eine Reinigung nach aktuellen marktüblichen Methoden, Techniken und Prozessen sicherzustellen, um flächendeckend einen einheitlich hohen Qualitätsstandard mit einem optimalen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zu erreichen und eine langfristige Partnerschaft zu etablieren.
Im Rahmen eines kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses hat das USB die bestehende Reinigung sowie das dazugehörige Qualitätsmanagement überprüft und die zukünftigen Anforderungen definiert. Diese bilden die Grundlage der vorliegenden Ausschreibung. Oberstes Ziel ist die Sicherstellung einer hohen Kunden- und Nutzerzufriedenheit.
