Gegenstand der zu erbringenden Leistung ist die Untersuchung von Sediment- und Bodenproben, Eluaten, Wasserproben und getrocknetem Pflanzenmaterial auf per- und polyfluorierte Substanzen (PFAS).
Die Untersuchungen umfassen folgende Analysen: A) Sediment- und Bodenproben ohne TOP Assay - 72 Analysen B) Sediment- und Bodenproben mit TOP Assay - 31 Analysen C) Eluate aus Sedimenten/Böden ohne TOP Assay - 61 Analysen D) Eluate aus Sedimenten/Böden mit TOP Assay - 16 Analysen E) Wasserproben ohne TOP Assay - 25 Analysen F) Wasserproben mit TOP Assay - 6 Analysen G) getrocknetes Pflanzenmaterial ohne TOP Assay - 33 Analysen H) getrocknetes Pflanzenmaterial mit TOP Assay - 12 Analysen Bei der vorgenannten Anzahl von Proben handelt es sich um geschätzte Werte.
Die Anzahl der tatsächlich zu untersuchenden Proben je Teilauftrag kann daher um bis zu 15% von der Schätzung abweichen. Für die Wertung des Angebotspreises werden die geschätzten Werte herangezogen. Die Proben werden originalfeucht zum Auftragnehmer geliefert. Die Wassergehalte der Feststoffproben (Sediment/Boden) liegen dabei zwischen 70 und 20%.
Ziel ist es herauszufinden, welche PFAS Konzentrationen in den Proben auftreten. Die Proben sind vor der Bearbeitung zu homogenisieren. Die ausführliche Beschreibung der zu erbringenden Leistungen entnehmen Sie bitte den Vergabeunterlagen
