Only 1 Lot will be awarded to a successful bidder. BIDDING PROCEDURES: Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers July 2016, revised September 2025 (“Procurement Regulation”) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation.
In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 to 3.17 in the “Procurement Regulation” on the Conflict of Interest.
INVITATION: Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information in writing from State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU), through the Project Manager (PM) or Email: nickokoli.phcb@fcthhss.abj.gov.ng and may also inspect the bidding documents during office hours between 9.00 a.m – 4.00 p.m, Monday – Friday at the address given below: PAYMENT FOR BIDDING DOCUMENTS: A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira ( N 100,000.00) only for the package.
The method of payment will be by Bank Draft issued in favor of FCT Immunization IMPACT Project . A copy of the Bidding Document can be sent to the bidder upon a written request through a courier firm at the service cost to the bidder. BIDS SUBMISSION AND OPENING: Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00a.m on 16th December, 2025. Electronic bidding will not be permitted.
Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below by 10.00a.m. on 16th December, 2025.
