Uraremix-urakka 2026 Tampereen Infra Oy kilpailuttaa Tampereen kaupungin alueella yleisillä liikenneväylillä ja kaduilla tehtävät Uraremix-työt. Urakoitsija toimii työmaiden päätoteuttajana. Kyseessä hankintalain mukainen, kansallisen kynnysarvon ylittävä rakennusurakka. Hankinnan ennakoitu vuosiarvo on noin 150 000 euroa vuodessa ja koko sopimuskaudelta optiot mukaan laskettuna noin 600 000 euroa.
Hankintamenettelynä on avoin menettely. Tilaaja ei sitoudu mihinkään määriin, määräluettelon määrät ovat arvioita, ja Tilaaja pidättää oikeuden pitää välivuoden urapaikkausurakoissa. Hankintaan sovelletaan täydentävinä ehtoina Rakennusalan yleisiä sopimusehtoja YSE 1998. Hankinnasta tehdään puitejärjestely kahden (2) urakoitsijan kanssa. Puitejärjestelyn toimintamalli on kuvattu urakkasopimusluonnoksessa.,
