Scope overview
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Usługa odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów o kodzie 190503.Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odebranych przez Wykonawcę od Zamawiającego odpadów o kodzie 19 05 03 (frakcja 0-20 mm) – kompost nieodpowiadający wymaganiom (nienadający się do wykorzystania). Odpady o kodzie 19 05 03 przygotowane mają postać ,,luzem”. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do zagospodarowania przedmiotowych odpadów o kodzie 19 05 03 zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska z dnia 28 grudnia 2022 r. w sprawie mechaniczno-biologicznego przetwarzania niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) odpadów komunalnych (Dz.U. 2023 poz. 56 ze zm).
