Scope overview
Hankinnan kohde koostuu viidestä (5) identtisestä tuotekokonaisuudesta. Hankinnat tehdään Varsinais-Suomen, Länsi-Uudenmaan, Helsingin, Itä-Uudenmaan ja Kymenlaakson pelastuslaitoksille öljyntorjuntavalmiuden kehittämiseksi. Hankinta sisältää vähintään kymmenen uusiutuvia (ja pitkälle jalostettuja) polttonesteitä keräämään kykenevää, itsenäisesti toimivaa keräinkokonaisuutta.
Hankinta on sidottu valtionavustus /LTAE II 2025 öljyntorjuntaan päätökseen. Avustuksen ja hankinnan maksimi summa on yhteensä 2,5M€. Hanke kilpailutetaan kokonaispakettina ja hankitaan yhdeltä toimittajalta. Toimittajan/tarjoajan on osallistuttava tarjoamiensa tuotteiden testaukseen XAMK:n testialueella Kotkassa. Testaukset tehdään ennen hankintapäätöstä.
Testaukseen osallistuminen tehdään toimittajan/tarjoajan omalla kustannuksella siten, että tilaajaorganisaatio vastaa testitapahtumasta.
