Scope overview
Vaaratien parantaminen ja vesihuollon saneeraus 2026 Hankkeen tarkoituksena on korjata nykyinen huonokuntoinen Vaaratie. Kadun poikkileikkausta ei muuteta, mutta rakennekerroksia uusitaan. Kuivatus säilytetään pääosin avo-ojiin ja rumpuihin perustuvaksi. Rakennekerrokset kuivatetaan salaojalla, jotka johdetaan hulevesiviemäreihin ja kuivatusojiin.
Lisäksi urakka-alueelta saneerataan suunnitelmissa esitetyt vesi- ja viemärirunkojohdot sekä katualueella sijaitsevat talojohdot. Alueen sähköverkko ja katuvalaistus on saneerattu aiemmin. Liikenne alueen kiinteistöille tulee sallia.
Liikennejärjestelyissä pyritään kiertoteiden ja tilapäisten liikenneyhteyksien järjestämiseen, jotta kulku alueelle voidaan järjestää ja rakennustyöt voidaan tehdä koko kadun leveydeltä kerralla. Järjestelyihin tarvittavat luvat hankkii urakoitsija. Tilaaja on esittänyt poistomaiden läjitysalueen nykyiselle Luusuantien läjitysalueelle ja lumenkaatopaikalle.
