Scope overview

The Dunedin City Council (DCC) 3 Waters operation uses vacuum tank services at water and wastewater treatment plants as well as at network pump stations. The services required are both scheduled and ad hoc, especially in response to rain events. We seek to partner with a supplier for the long term with a maximum contract term of 5 years subject to performance.

Reliability and the ability to deliver is important to us; we want to partner with a supplier who ensures the collections are always completed on time including responding promptly to urgent requests.
