Het voorwerp van de opdracht is: • het vastgoed in portefeuille strategisch te positioneren en beschikbaar maken voor de consument; • Onderzoeken hoe we het dagelijks beheer uit handen kunnen geven en dit geen impact genereerd op de werkings- en investeringskosten van Toerisme Vlaanderen; • in kaart brengen welke strategieën we kunnen aanwenden om een het patrimonium aantrekkelijk in de markt te zetten; • onderzoeken welke eventuele vastgoedtransacties doeltreffende resultaten opleveren, rekening houdend met de huidige regelgeving.
Zijn er positieve of negatieve neveneffecten? • in kaart brengen welke (commerciële) opportuniteiten de waarde van het vastgoed kunnen verhogen; • verlenen van ondersteuning inzake zakelijke overeenkomsten zoals erfpachten, concessies, tijdelijke gebruiksovereenkomsten, huurovereenkomsten etc; • een afwegingskader opstellen dat kan aangewend worden bij toekomstige vervreemding.
