Urakan rakennuskohde sijaitsee Hämeenlinnan Kantolan kaupunginosassa (kaup. osa 19). Hankkeessa rakennettaan Puusepänkadun-Myllärinkadun väliltä puuttuva pyörätie, jonka vuoksi muitakin rakenteita uusitaan. Lisäksi työkohteessa rakennettaan sekä kunnostetaan hulevesirakenteita.
Sähköverkkoa rakennettaan Elenia Verkko Oyj:n suunnitelmien mukaisessa laajuudessa. Urakoitsijalla on urakan pääsuoritusvelvollisuus suunnitelmien ja urakkatarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti kohteen rakentamiseksi kaikkine työkustannuksineen näiden tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti toteutettuna. Urakan toteutuksessa on otettava huomioon kaikki tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa mainitut lähtötiedot.
