Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Sub-section 5, Section II.

Based on ITB 1.2 as provided for in ITB 28.7, bidders are invited to submit bids for any lot or a combination of lots. Evaluation of bids shall be on a per-lot basis, and contract(s) shall be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder(s) for each lot or combination of lots who is determined as being post-qualified in accordance with ITB 29.1. 6.

The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) will hold a Pre-Bid Conference at DAR-Ministers Conference Room, Elliptical Road, Diliman, Quezon City on November 14, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. through face-to-face meeting, which shall be open to prospective bidders. 8.
