Center for Implementation of Investment Projects of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan under the Tajikistan Resilient Landscape Restoration Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Various types of seedlings and seed for planting seasons of 2025/2026 in the SFEs of Shahritus, Qabadiyan, N.
Khusrav districts in Khatlon region, Ayni, Kuhistoni Mastchoh districts in Sughd region, Vanj, Rushon, Shugnon districts in GBAO.
Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Please refer to paragraphs 3.14, 3.15 of the Guidelines for the World Bank's conflict of interest policy.
