Gegenstand der Leistung sind sämtliche Rohbauarbeiten einschließlich aller hierfür erforderlichen Nebenleistungen, Planungsleistungen und Koordinationsleistungen, die zur vollständigen Herstellung des Rohbaus erforderlich sind.
