Scope overview
480 Gebäudeautomation Die Gebäudeautomation (GA) vernetzt Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär und Sicherheitsanlagen über BACnet über Datenkabel. Schaltschränke sind im Kellergeschoss, Lager Küche sowie Bauteil D (EG/OG) vorge-sehen. Heizung: • Fußbodenheizkreise und Heizkörper werden über 0-10 V-Aktoren und Dreiwege-Mischventile ge-regelt.
• Raumtemperaturfühler, Fenster- und Türkontakte steuern Heizungsabschaltung bei geöffnetem Fenster. • Busfähige Wärmemengenzähler werden eingebunden. Lüftung: • Filterüberwachung und Brandschutzklappen werden über BACnet in die GA eingebunden. • Rauchmelder in Zuluftkanälen sind an die Brandmeldezentrale (BMZ) gekoppelt. • Lüftungsgeräte werden elektroseitig über BACnet parametriert.
Sanitär/Trinkwasser: • Trinkwassermanagementsystem mit BACnet-Anbindung erfasst Temperaturen, Spülprotokolle und Störungen. • Elektronische Armaturen und Server werden über Stromversorgung betrieben. Abwasser: • Fettabscheider und Fäkalienhebeanlage senden Störmeldungen über potentialfreie Kontakte an Hausmeister/Samtgemeinde.
Elektro: • Störmeldungen aus Sicherheitsbeleuchtung, Brandmelde- und ELA-Anlagen sowie Überspan-nungsschutz werden in die GA aufgeschaltet. • Sämtliche Verkabelungen sind halogenfrei. Kurz: Die GA überwacht, regelt und dokumentiert Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär und Sicherheit zentral über BACnet mit Integration aller relevanten Sensoren, Aktoren und Störmeldungen.
