Scope overview
Le marché mis en concurrence est composé uniquement des prestations fermes détaillées dans la Pièce B (cahier des charges techniques) qui sont, de ce fait, obligatoires et doivent impérativement être fournies par l’adjudicataire si le marché lui est attribué.
Les prestations à adjuger sont réparties en lots suivants : LOT 1 : Installation de rafraichissement 1er étage ; LOT 2 : Installation de rafraichissement 2ème étage Nord ; LOT 3 : Installation de rafraichissement 2ème étage Sud ; LOT 4 : Adaptation 2ème étage ; LOT 5-6-7 : Régulation et tableau électrique MCR.
L’offre soumise doit tenir compte de l’entier des prestations qui sont nécessaires pour la réalisation du marché en bonne et due forme et en toute conformité aux règles de l’art, même si elles ne sont pas initialement listées dans le présent document ou dans la Pièce B. Toute réévaluation de prestations adjugées est exclue.
