Scope overview
Gegenstand dieser Leistungsbeschreibung ist die vollständige Erneuerung der bestehenden Heizungsanlage am BBC-Campus, Eupen. Die vorhandene Heizungsanlage ist fachgerecht zu demontieren und ordnungsgemäß zu entsorgen. Anschließend ist eine neue, autark regelbare Heizungsanlage in Form einer Kaskadenschaltung aus gasbetriebenen Heizkesseln zu liefern, zu montieren und betriebsbereit zu übergeben.
Die neue Anlage wird vom bestehenden Nahwärmenetz hydraulisch entkoppelt. Die Einbindung erfolgt unter Nutzung der vorhandenen Abgasführung sowie unter Anpassung der bestehenden Heizungsinstallation an die neue Anlagentechnik. Ziel ist eine vollständig funktionsfähige, sichere, regelbare und dokumentierte Heizungsanlage inklusive aller Prüfungen, Abnahmen und Unterlagen.
