Scope overview
Die Vermarktung über die Verkaufsorganisation des Auftragnehmers mittels Konsignationslager im Los 1 umfasst die Wiedervermarktung über Niederlassungen oder Direktkauf von ausgesteuerten Fahrzeugen der Fahrzeuggruppen PKW, VAN, SUV (sofern diese vergleichbar den PKW-Klassen) sowie Transporter und PICKUP im Namen und auf Rechnung des Auftragnehmers.
Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, Fahrzeuggruppen mit jeweiligen Fahrzeugklassen während der Laufzeit abzuändern oder hinzuzufügen. Alle Fahrzeuge sind zum Zeitpunkt der Aussteuerung maximal 60 Monate alt sind und haben eine maximale Laufleistung von 100.000 km. Erforderliche optische und technische verkaufsvorbereitenden Maßnahmen werden durch den Auftragnehmer auf Kosten des Auftraggebers durchgeführt.
Die dem Auftragnehmer übergegebenen Fahrzeuge sind Konsignationsfahrzeuge des Auftraggebers. Diese bleiben bis zum Verkauf im Eigentum des Auftraggebers. Der Auftragnehmer stellt seine Standorte als Konsignationslager zur Verfügung.
