Scope overview
De opdracht omvat de integrale logistieke en fysieke uitvoering van de verhuizing van kantoorinrichting, werkplekken en specialistische componenten van diverse locaties naar het Dordthuis, het Achterom en de locatie voor de afdeling Facilitair en Vastgoed (van Baerleplantsoen 26, Dordrecht).
De opdracht wordt afgesloten met het duurzaam afvoeren van alle overtollige middelen en het conform specificatie leeg of bezemschoon opleveren van de af te stoten locaties. - Projectmanagement en Advies: Het opstellen van een gedetailleerd draaiboek, risicoanalyse, wekelijks overleg met de projectgroep en strategisch advies over de logistieke fasering.
- Verhuiscoördinatie: De operationele aansturing op de vloer (zowel op bron- als doellocaties), aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en afstemming met overige facilitaire disciplines. - Fysieke Verhuisbewegingen: Kantoorverhuizing: Circa 1200 werkplekken, inclusief meubilair en persoonlijke bezittingen, verdeeld over meerdere locaties ICT-verhuizing: Loskoppelen, transport en (basis)aansluiting van hardware (o.a.
docking stations, schermen, randapparatuur). Bibliotheek: Verhuizing van circa 1100 strekkende meter informatiedragers met behoud van rangorde en beveiligd transport voor vertrouwelijke stukken. - Leeg en/of bezemschoon opleveren te verlaten panden: Het bezemschoon opleveren van de bronlocaties, inclusief de duurzame afvoer of recycling van overtollig restmateriaal.
Alle verhuizingen vanaf de bronlocaties (partners binnen het Dordthuis: De Hellingen, Noordendijk, Stadskantoor, VVV/Dordrecht Marketing, Sliedrecht en de Bibliotheek) naar de respectieve doellocaties (Dordthuis, Achterom en de locatie voor de afdeling Facilitair en Vastgoed) worden als één integraal project beschouwd en maken volledig onderdeel uit van deze aanbesteding.
