Scope overview
Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Erstellung von Prüfberichten für Zuwendungen des BMFTR an Unternehmen der gewerblichen Wirtschaft. Mit den Prüfungen soll sichergestellt werden, dass die vom Zuwendungsempfänger im Verwendungsnachweis in Ansatz gebrachten Kosten (Einzel- und Gemeinkosten) im Sinne der „Leitsätze für die Preisermittlung auf Grund von Selbstkosten“ (PreisLS) angemessen sind.
Die Prüfungen umfassen auch die für die jeweiligen Zuwendungen relevanten Teile des betrieblichen Rechnungswesens sowie der internen Leistungsverrechnung, da sich hieraus die zulässigen Gemeinkostenzuschläge ergeben.
