Scope overview

Deze opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst met één enkele onderneming voor werkzaamheden voor het vervangen van harde of zachte vloerbedekking door tegelwerk in de logementen van de Centrale Dienst voor Sociale en Culturele Actie van het Ministerie van Landsverdediging (hierna ook CDSCA) te Arlon (173 woningen) en Stockem (60 woningen).

Het is een contract van 1 jaar met de jaarlijkse optie om het contract stilzwijgend te verlengen onder exact dezelfde voorwaarden en maximaal 3 keer (zie punt 2.5 van het bestek). De maximaal mogelijke waarde van het contract is €120.000. Het contract eindigt automatisch wanneer dit bedrag is bereikt of na 4 jaar.
