Scope overview
Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Verwertung von Alttextilien und Altschuhen der dem Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis als öffentlich-rechtlichem Entsorgungsträger überlassenen Alttextilien und Altschuhe ab dem 01.04.2026. Die Leistung besteht in der Beauftragung des Auftragnehmers mit dem Transport bis zur Verwertungsanlage und der ordnungsgemäßen Verwertung der Alttextilien.
Ferner sind vom Auftragnehmer an der Umladestation geeignete Transportmittel (bspw. Wechselbrücken) bereitzustellen, die von dem Auftraggeber befüllt werden. Die Alttextilien und Altschuhe werden verpackt in Säcken zur Übernahme bereitgestellt. Die Alttextilien und Altschuhe sind einer ordnungsgemäßen und schadlosen Verwertung zuzuführen.
Sie sind zu sortieren und entsprechend der Rangfolge der 5-stufigen Abfallhierarchie des Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetzes und der EU-Abfallrahmenrichtlinie 2008/98/EG vorrangig wiederzuverwenden und stofflich zu verwerten. Die erwartete Sammelmenge für Alttextilien und Altschuhe beträgt nach Schätzung des Auftraggebers ca. 2.500 Mg/a, für den Leistungszeitraum daher somit ca. 1.875 Mg.
